Photobook entitled ‘No One Dies At a Gypsy Wedding’ is here ! The photo series follows life in a Roma community in Istanbul over a period of 18 years. Central to this series of photos are the members of the Vurgun family. I visited Istanbul in 2001 and accidentally came into contact with the family. This was the impetus for a lengthy photo project.
